First time: Click "Save ophir_data.json" → save the file to your Google Drive folder or shared network folder
2
Share the HTML file (this file) with your team via WhatsApp, email, or put it in the same shared folder
3
Each user: Opens the HTML file → goes to Import/Export → Database file → clicks "Open ophir_data.json" → picks the file from Google Drive (desktop app) or shared folder
